Built for comfort and movement. Wide waistband is both elastic and drawstring so that if you are a rounder pirate, elastic makes fit easy, and a slimmer pirate can simply drawstring in for a snug fit. Made of Viscose Rayon, it is a renewable resource material that looks and acts like a fine draping cotton. Buttons at the cuff instead of elastic is a more finished look, and stays put, doesn't ride up. Looks good on guys, looks good on girls, but you'll want to get 2 pair. Many a lonely pair of pirate pants have been plundered by spouses for pj's once the softness of this wonderful material is experienced.
The easiest way to fit is by height. If you are a short pirate choose S/M. If you are average height choose L/XL, if you are a rounder pirate, choose 2X/3X and if you're a tall pirate choose XLT.
